Health Is The Answer will continue to provide action planning and promote positive health behavior change. The vision of Health is the Answer is to influence positive change in each individual, in assisting others through the Wellness Journal in organizing and record keeping their health information in order to take control of one’s life when faced with any health crisis or health issue.
